Documentation
Step-by-step guides to create a space, plan meals, and manage provisioning.
Démarrer
Create a crew space
Open a space in two minutes — choose the outing type, the duration, and share the nine-digit code with your crew.
Join a space by code
The nine-digit code is your access key — enter it on the home page, no account needed.
Roles and supervision — Course vs Trip
The space type determines the supervision structure. Crew or instructor, Course or Trip — here is what each means in practice.
Planifier
The meal grid
The grid shows each day as columns and meal types as rows. Add, edit, and rearrange meals directly from this view.
The galley hand — who cooks what
The galley hand is assigned meal by meal, not on automatic rotation. The Galley tab shows a derived view of those assignments.
Provisioning and meal links
The Provisioning tab lists the items to manage. Each item has a status and a source. You can link it to one or more meals — without ever summing quantities.
Gérer
Boat and galley equipment
The Boat tab documents what is aboard — oven, fridge, BBQ, water. This information guides meal planning without constraining the crew.
Account profile and dietary restrictions
Your account profile centralizes your name, dietary restrictions, and photo. This information is visible to your crew members when planning meals.
Archiving and my spaces
A space becomes read-only after 90 days of inactivity. The "My spaces" page lists all spaces linked to your account, active and archived.
