Archiving and my spaces
A space becomes read-only after 90 days of inactivity. The "My spaces" page lists all spaces linked to your account, active and archived.
Space lifecycle

Archived space — read-only
Once the delay passes, the space becomes read-only: you can view all meals, provisioning items, and the activity log, but no changes are possible. A banner signals the archived state.
The meal grid, provisioning list, and PDF sheet remain accessible in read mode.
My spaces page
If you have an account, the My spaces page (link in the navigation menu) lists all spaces linked to your account:
- Active — editable.
- Archived — read-only.
Each entry shows the voyage name, your role, and a link to open it.
Recovering a space from another device
Without an account, your spaces are tied to the browser. If you created an account and joined spaces from that account, they appear in My spaces from any signed-in device.
Create an account to keep your spaces
A space without an account is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Signing in extends the retention period to about one year. See Profile and dietary restrictions to create an account.
