Account profile and dietary restrictions

Your account profile centralizes your name, dietary restrictions, and photo. This information is visible to your crew members when planning meals.

Profile vs session identity

Your session identity (name entered at join time) is local to the browser. Your account profile is persistent — it is linked to your email address and accessible from any device.

An account is optional. It is useful for finding your spaces and centralizing your dietary information.

Creating an account

On the home page, click Log in / sign up. Enter your email address — you will receive a one-time magic link (valid for 15 minutes). Click the link in the email to be signed in.

There is no password. You may also sign in via Google or Facebook if those options are available.

Entering your dietary restrictions

Once signed in, access your profile via the menu at the top right. You can indicate:

  • Diets: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, lactose-free, fish-free, shellfish-free, tree nuts, egg-free, pork-free.
  • Dietary note: free-text details (e.g. "severe peanut allergy").

This information is visible to other members of your spaces to help plan meals that work for everyone.

Updating your name

Your profile name syncs automatically across all your active memberships. Changing it here updates your display name in all your spaces.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account erases your email address, dietary information, and photo. Your name remains visible in the history of spaces you participated in.
